Birthday Party Information

Thanks for looking into Bethany Birches to host your child’s birthday party. This is a great opportunity for because it’s fun and FREE, but we also use it to share with kids some of the fun and unique things we do at camp! Bringing friends who may have never been to camp before to your birthday here helps them get interested in coming!

Go ahead and invite as many friends as you like to your child’s birthday party to be hsoted here at camp!

If your party is four hours or less, we won’t charge you anything.

Here’s what we provide:

• Camp!

  • Pavilion and outdoor features

• A camp director and 1 or 2 additional staff/volunteers to facilitate the experience

• Leadership of pre-selected activities

Here’s what we need from you:

• Food. Whatever you would like to eat and drink, please bring it. The pavilion kitchen can be used to store, prepare, and serve food.

• Additional Supervision 

  • Other parents or trusted adults. We require at least 1 adult per every 6 kids

• To know your favorite camp activities!

  • Gaga, archery, kayaks, swimming, indoor games, arts and crafts, and everything in between!

  • Select activities from the next section and email [email protected] with your choices once we’ve decided on a date to host you.

Please contact the office ([email protected] or 802-672-5220) before inviting others to a date at camp. We want to make sure it works for our schedule and that we will be able to provide what we promise!
