Please fill out one registration for each camper.

Once you submit this form, you will receive a confirmation via email that Bethany Birches has received this information. To process your application, we must receive your nonrefundable deposit of $50 and you will be required to complete the Permission to Participate and Assumption of Risk form upon arrival.

If you prefer to fill in a paper form, please call the office at 802-672-5220, and we would be happy to mail the form to you. Once your registration and deposit are received, Bethany Birches will confirm your registration for the session.

Each summer, many families who want to send their children to camp just can’t. Will you help us Bridge the Gap ? Give to our Kids to Camp Fund and pay to get these youth a valuable life experience. Tax Deductible – make your check payable to “Bethany Birches Camp – Kids to Camp” or give online.

Cancelations and Refunds:

We cannot refund your deposit.
We cannot make a refund for a camper leaving camp during any camp session for any reason.  Sorry. If you cancel your session 3 weeks prior to the session start date, we can refund all but $50.  After that point, we can only refund for reasons that limit participation out of your control (broken bone, sickness etc.).
