Winter Rates

(First weekend of December - Last Weekend in March, Memorial Day Weekend, Labor Day Weekend)

One Unit - $115.00 per night This price includes the first 4 people. Each additional person - $10.00		Two Units - $230.00 per night This price includes the first 8 people. Each additional person - $10.00
Non - Winter Rates (First Weekend in April - Last Weekend in November)
One Unit - $95.00 per night This price includes the first 4 people. Each additional person - $10.00		Two Units - $190.00 per night This price includes the first 8 people. Each additional person - $10.00

$50/side cleaning deposit for cabin; refundable if cleaned to specifications.

To Make a Reservation

• Use this form to request available dates.
• A price estimate will be sent to you based on group size and number of nights.
• Upon receipt of your deposit (50% total amount) we will send confirmation of your reservation including directions, cabin use guidelines and other information.
• You must be 25 or older and present a credit card at time of deposit.

Dale's Lodge

Sleeps up to nine in three separate bedrooms.  Master bedroom with Queen bed, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with three single beds.  $200/night ($250 over holiday periods).  Discounts for extended stays of 3 nights or more.

BBC Facility Rental

The Camp is available for use by groups when normal camp activities are not scheduled.

Day Use
A. Includes access to the grounds, pavilion, and use of the bathhouse.
Rate . . . . . . . . . . . . . $50.00 per day plus $4.00 per person in group
B. Includes use of the above plus the kitchen.
Rate . . . . . . . . . . . . . $100.00 per day plus $4.00 per person in the group (Options A & B can accommodate approximately 125 people)

Overnight Use
C. Includes Options A, B plus camping shelters (Option C can accommodate about 75 people)
Rate . . . . . . . . . . . . . $150.00 per night plus $4.00 per person

Bethany Birches Cabin
Can be rented separately or in addition to any of the above arrangements. Each Unit sleeps 15 (there are 2 units). See other page for details.

Children under 5 are free on all rentals.

9% Vermont State Rooms tax added to all rentals unless you an organization with tax exemption.

$200 cleaning deposit for facility, $50/side cleaning deposit for cabin; refundable if cleaned to specifications.  If you prefer not to clean, that's fine, we are happy to do that.
